He seemed to care more about being right instead of finding the true issue with my knees (mainly the left.) after a 2nd opinion with Dr. Shu, I learned more about my issue and better ways to manage it to promote healing.
PA Chisom was very nice and informative. He took his time during my appointment to make sure I had a clear understanding of my treatment options. He was very knowledgeable. I plan to only see him in the future for my ortho needs. Also, my nurse Alex G. in ortho was amazing! He was very polite! Phillip the person who checked me in was very nice as well. Great overall service. Great job Kaiser!
