Finely tuned organization This practice is one of the most finely tuned organizations i have ever had the portunityt o work with. Everybody there knows their job well and each performs it cheerfully and competently. Even those I have not worked with always have a big smile and greeting. The sense of harmony and tranquility permeates and is a pleasure to experience. The best analogy I can think of is that of a symphony orchestra.
