I was in bad shape... My last back problem was 15 years ago. This time was MUCH worse. I could barely move. I found Dr. Sarah online and the reviews were good, plus, I was desperate for pain relief. I called and they got me an appointment only 30 minutes out, which was good, because I needed that long to hobble down to my car and get there. I was not hobbling quickly.
