Best chiropractor in Portland – I had my best adjustment ever at Chiropractic First two days ago. My head cold went away in just one day. It usually takes four weeks. Dr. Chris adjusted my neck and sinuses and I began to feel better immediately. Thank you Dr. Chris.
my chiropractic experience – I had constant 24/7 pain under my left shoulder blade and arm pit and loss of feeling in my left index finger and thumb. For 2 weeks I was not fun to be around. After 2 to 3 weeks of adjustments my pain was gone. After 6 weeks the numbness went away completely. I have more mobility. I am more fun to be around. I'm not tired all the time. I sleep better. These chiropractors are beautiful people.
