I am a long time patient of Chiropractic First and never miss an adjustment. When I travel for business I make up my appointments. I view my adjustments as an investment in long term health. Drs. Meggie and Will are fantastic! This is not the back-cracking, neck twisting kind of chiropractic that can seem intimidating - the "light touch" style is so gentle and just as if not more effective than traditional chiro adjustments. I've achieved relief from a variety of physical complaints along with a more stable sense of emotional and mental well-being. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
