I was first introduced to CBP in High school as a student shadowing a CBP office and I quickly began to connect with the principles and corrective approach to the human spine and body. It just makes complete sense, if we reduce/remove abnormal mechanical stresses on the body by improving the natural posture of the spine, the body can heal and function fully without interference!
