Dr. Gansert was great. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions about my treatment. Marisol, the office manager is a total sweetheart. She greeted me as soon as I came in. Let me know how long my wait would be and helped me get all my check-in paperwork done. The rest of the staff was also really nice. Highly recommend

This is the worst, unprofessional providers office I've ever encountered. Dogs running around doing accidents on the floor, office manager Marisol speaks to her staff and patients in an unprofessional manner. Marisol brings her elderly mother who has dragon running around lose its a zoo. Office is not compliant with the HIPAA law or OSHA office uses the same towels for moist heating pads from patien to patients (nasty).
