The only bar I'll go to in Youngstown. Cheap drink prices, the best live music in the area, and karaoke is a BLAST!
I love watching live bands and Chipper's is really the only cool place in Youngstown to see live original music. I just wish you guys did 2 shows every weekend. Also, Thursday karaoke is the best karaoke I've ever been to. Definitely a top notch place, the best bar in Youngstown.
Not a regular here....drink prices are ok...seriously inattentive bar staff...gonna pass on this one...better establishments in the area..
Don't go to often but when I go fast service no problems.
