My experience started a month ago, walking in to Chippers and asking for a custom designed ring. Chris walked me around the store, talked to me about different design elements that I liked on existing rings, talking about size, color and stones... And then we sat down and went to work at the computer together. Chris took his time with me adjusting, readjusting and putting together the perfect ring design on the computer.
