What a great experience I had at Chippers! I took my ring in for repair and Kevin was thorough and detailed, noticing a chip at the edge of the center diamond, which explained why the diamond was lose. They were able to rotate the diamond so that the chip was more protected and retip all the tips to make all the diamonds nice and secure. It looks beautiful and I am grateful that he figured out how to set my original chipped diamond, since the ring is a gift from my husband that I have had for over 20 years. You guys.. Photos don’t do it justice! And the experience was the big red bow on top of my gorgeous dream engagement ring! I showed them photos on my phone of what I wanted, and they recreated it in store, plus a couple of my own personal tweaks, and made a custom engagement ring I’ll cherish forever! They rushed the design out and got it done in time for Jasons big proposal plan.
