Food was disgusting...Rice was hard and the chicken was chewy. never again!!!! tried calling the restaurant 3 times and no answer !
Horrible wait time today I won’t ever go to this location again. I waited 15 minutes to get to the the front of the line. I waited at the front for 5 minuets while the server processed online orders. I finally just walked out. Ridiculous!!!
Absolutely deplorable place. Started with incredibly slow service. They had no receipt paper, no iced tea AND the rice was completely RAW. I tried to ignore it and pick through it but it was completely inedible. The steak was like sand paper and sat there for hours, obviously. The response was the typical, “I’m sorry, want a refund.” Zero explanation or whatnot or sorry for wasting your time. I would highly recommend the extra drive if you must have Chipotle and choose another location.
Every time we go to the Macedonia location, they are always out of something. Chips, black beans, Carnitas....staples should never be out.
This is my rating when using their app. We got half of what we normally do when they prepare it in front of us. Tastes good, but looked like someone ate half. Very disappointed.
The service was great and the rice bowl was very good
Every time I decide to come to this location I have an issue. I chose to go to Twinsburg location for that reason. For this times experience the girl making burritos seem like she had to idea what she's doing. My husband order a double wrap yeah I get they are big but she should no what she's doing. I watch her struggle trying wrap someone else's double wrap. With that person and my husband good amount of the food fell out and she just scrap it to the side both order double meat and it just got thrown away. After this experi... read more
Someone didn't want to be at work that day. I left my meal half way ordered. I'm not eating an attitude taco.
