I will never eat at this Chipotle ever again! The people that work here are rude and they give small portions and get an attitude when you ask for more rice. The food was nasty. It was salty and I had hair in mine. I paid 40 dollars and my girls and I can't even eat it.
In what world do you call this extra lettuce?My wife and I both asked for extra and we barley get a light portion. This chipotle is getting worse each time! Then I get so much rice (that I didn’t ask for) I had to throw some out.
Employees clearly need more training. 5 pieces of chicken is not a portion. I shouldn’t have to order double and pay more for what I should have got in a single. Please get it together🤦🏻♀️

Worst chipotle ever. Always rude, line is always dirty, food as never as good as any other chipotle I’ve ever had. Try to avoid at all costs. Twinsburg chipotle is much better.

RecommendedI've have historically had problems with this location turning out poor food. However the last two meals I've had there were really good. They seem to have gotten new staff who care about cooking the food correctly. I'm adding them back into my rotation.
It wasn’t busy when I got there this evening. The food was not fresh they didn’t even have any lettuce. Their make table was so dirty and sloppy. It’s no wonder chipotle has so many incidents of food poisoning. Don’t ever go to this location! The worse location I have ever been to. I wish I could upload photos. Disgusting!
