This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER HERE! They continuously forget specific items on your order. Then when you try to call the store to talk to someone no one answers. Employees are lazy and management is not doing their jobs. Can’t tell you how many times I have got orders and specifically pit the name as no sour cream please or don't forget chips and they continuously mess up the order and never get chips. Suggest anyone who orders chipotle to make sure it’s a different location, preferably the one right down the road.
Food is good like the area
Was there at 10:55am. They weren’t ready for open. One lady was trying her best but the other workers dragging their feet and clearly couldn’t care less. Other workers left garbage bags on the main counter. The First Lady said something about it as she rushed about, the other workers just looked clueless and did nothing. Place was untidy/unclean, chips were stale, steak was old. Feel for the lady putting the effort in. Shame.
