Instant regret and immediately wished I would have gone to Victors Mexican Grill instead. Better food & better portions.
literally the most disgusting chipotle I have been at, the food looks like it had been sitting for hours. it was dead with no customers but the tables were all dirty and the line was a mess. awful experience and left
Their service is absolutely terrible. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait 20 to 25 minutes just to place an order for wheat. And as for their staff—they barely listen to what you have to say and tend to ignore you. Overall, I find the service to be extremely poor.
