Blonde girl at the front didn’t know how to use a gift card and didn’t know how to wrap a burrito
Ordered a bowl, chips, and asked for a cup for water. I thought about the price after I left, and looked at the receipt. They charged me $2.90 for my cup. This stems from distrust of the customer. If you want a cup for ice or water, bring your own.
Usually no complaints. But tonight at this location they were out of alot of stuff, no vinaigrette dressing, no white rice, no regular chips. You can tell they were understaffed. Workers were still polite but you could tell they were stressed. They were even out of napkins and some of the lemonade. Deff wouldn't have stopped with the family if I knew all that.
