always out of meat, white rice, cheese… most items for anything on the menu during lunch hours
I love chipotle food, but this place was supposed to be open at 10.45, now is 11.03, they’re still closed
I don't like to make posts about chain restaurants because they should in theory all be similar. I went at lunch. This Chipotle managed to be out of the following ingredients: white rice fajita veggies tomato salsa green tomatillo salsa red tomatillo salsa shredded cheese queso cheese How are you that unprepared on a Tuesday at 12:30? Absolutely diabolical lack of preparation. It gets 2 stars because the 4 ingredients in my bowl tasted like how they were supposed too.
I would like to file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred in July 18 at your Chipotle location. My mom has difficulty speaking and naturally speaks very quietly. A female employee was disrespectful toward her and repeatedly told her to “speak up” instead of showing patience and understanding. The way she spoke to my friend was rude and embarrassing. Someone picked up my order before me and they tried to charge me double and make me get back in the long line of people ordering at the counter, instead of at that pick up area. ALSO I went the next day at 11 am and they told me they were closed to til 11:30, they’re supposed to open at 10:45 If you have patience for this, then luckily the food was still good quality
