Atmosphere- Homeless people were sleeping inside the store, felt unsafe. Service- zero, one of the girl working there (who handled my order) was working as if she was doing an obligation to me! If you don't like working go get home, don't give attitude to customers.
I truly hate to say this because the workers were pleasant, courteous and did there jobs without attitudes despite how busy the restaurant was. IT WAS BUSY. In the Chi the workers would have been cursin'. 🫶 With that said the food was awful, it was 85° and when I got back to my hotel room a few blocks away the entire bowl was COLD. Faijita vegetables raw, brown rice so uncooked it woulda killed one of them Baltimore pigeons in minutes. Corn uncooked, Black beans yuck. this has to be the most embarrassing chipotle franchise. it’s in a great area to make money why are the workers always so unhappy and the building is always trashed or out of regular things like beverages, guac and vinaigrette etc… I really wish management would come help this place I love chipotle and this is not to bash the workers however I think there’s a serious underlying issue here!
This is one of the FILTHIEST chipotle ever BUILT. I came here around 1:00 pm and I’m guessing the first Shift of people leave carelessly and leave all the work for the night shift . This is not teamwork!! Lastly Customers should NEVER 👎 have to clean off tables before they eat . THRIFTY!
Very clean & food is good. The staff was great also I will be returning when Im in town
