Disappointing experience — instructions ignored every time I’ve ordered from Chipotle Journal Square three times, and unfortunately, the same issue happened every time. Despite clearly specifying my preferences/instructions, the staff did not follow them and served a full portion instead. It’s frustrating to have to repeatedly deal with the same issue when the instructions are clearly provided at the time of ordering. I hope the management pays more attention to customer requests and order accuracy.
Wish I could put zero stars. All I got was a chicken bowl and it was $11.36 which is weird because it’s always $10.65 but anyways I was $.36 off I had only $11 and the girl literally threw away my food in the trashcan right in front of my face like that literally hurt like she could have just gave me the food instead of wasting all that food for $.36

First off ordered my burrito didn’t even wrap it completely fell apart as I opened it all the meat fell out. Second I asked politely for a water cup and the staff rudely told me and my amigo they don’t have, but then said a rude remark in spanish just by the tone you could tell I couldn’t understand but made me so uncomfortable.
