I had a deeply upsetting experience at this location on Saturday, May 16, 2026, around 9:30 PM. I placed a mobile order with a scheduled pickup time of 10:40 PM. However, my app sent a notification stating the order was "in progress." Because of the notification, I went to the store early to check. While I was simply looking at the pickup shelf to see if my name was there, a female employee working the online order station ran over, aggressively snatched and dragged a bag right out of my hand, and started shouting at me. ... read more
The Employees acts like a few utensils and double chicken are being taken out of their paycheck. One the employees also called me stupid and acts like he owns the store. Plot twist he’s just an employee who gets paid minimum wage. If I pay $20 for my food I can grab as much forks and napkins as I please
