This is by far the best chipotle in Baltimore hands down. I drive all the way from white marsh to come to this location.
We came to this location for my partner's birthday last night and they got everything wrong. The first time they gave me my food there was queso all over my food, so we returned it to have them redo it. We went home hoping things would have improved instead of asking for a refund, but the chips were stale, the food wasn't flavorful, the queso was bland, and the service wasn't great either. The portions were extremely conservative on this visit and very disappointing. The younger worker at the beginning of the service line was very conservative with the steak and I usually get double. I'll give this place 1 more visit before I switch to another location. The food is already expensive and to undercut customers is not the way to go. 7/31 12:16 PM.
