I live out of town, whenever I come to Erie I visit this chipotle because it has always had the best prepared food, not this time. I can’t complain about it being busy because all GOOD food chains should be busy but I will complain about my food. 1/5 Stars - Absolutely terrible service, filthy store, and complete disorganization I had what was easily the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle location. Arriving at 11:10 AM, just 25 minutes after opening, you’d expect a fresh, clean store. This is the worst Chipotle. I get out at 10pm from my job. Get in line at 1005pm. Waited in line for 20+ min. After the girl with long braids and the girl running register got done talking about some dude in line. The taller white girl comes out. The food had that nice dried crust on it after sitting in the tub for hours. If there done cooking fresh food at 8pm why not close the store at 8.
