Don't use this chipotle store if you do not have to. Wasted $40 on food from here. The rice was crunchy and undercooked. I contacted them after my pickup at approx 9pm. They were already running low on all of their food. So the replacements I drove over to pick up had the same uncooked rice. And little to no meat this time (because they were running low 1.5 hours before ckosing???) I attempted to contact chipotle support 2x because the food got thrown away both times. The last few times I've visited in the evening they rush you through the serving line. They call it "timing themselves". The young lady with red hair at the cashier is rude and I explained to her that customer service is more important. While the food has improved at this location the customer service has not...
I ordered 2x steak and got prob 1.25x. When I asked for a more he gave me 1.45x. They’re greedy with the protein portions.
