I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. I have noticed over the last month the portion of chicken on my bowl has become less and less. The woman making the bowl was very hard to communicate with because of her broken English. She placed I'm not joking a 1/4 scoop of chicken onto my chicken bowl. I said may I have a little more than that? She said I charge you double I said no I'd like what is supposed to come on my order. I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Taj! I told her I normally don’t eat Chipotle and wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked her to surprise me with something she liked since I’m not a picky eater. She put together a bowl for me, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Taj was friendly, helpful, and made my first real Chipotle experience a great one. Her customer service and recommendation definitely won me over. Thank you, Taj!
They never have chips. And if they do have chips, they won’t let you order them because “they’re reserved for online order”. **update they still suck. It’s unfortunate.
Was here says open at 10:45 its 10:50 employees insider completely ignoring everybody that was standing outside this place needs to be revamped or shut down new management. The customer should be let in at 10:45 if the customer is here in the science says 1045.
Came in at 5:20 PM on Memorial Day 2026, and the place was packed. Three hard-working young men were running the front end like the Navy. Efficient, organized, and fast. They got the line down quickly while still keeping great attitudes and providing excellent service. Restaurant was clean too. Great experience.
