Genuinely- what is happening to Chipotle? It used to be THE place to get a burrito fix, but it just straight up sucks now. The prices are astronomical, the steak I paid extra for was mostly gristle and tasted like garbage. Nobody talks to you or makes sure you’re grabbing the correct order, I could have walked off with any of the multiple bags on that shelf. The place is not well kept either. Did I mention the prices?? Do yourself a favor and support a local Mexican joint, or just any place that isn’t Chipotle 🤮
The greeter was super rude. She served all the items by throwing them onto the bowl. She also ask what kind of ckn we ask for and she was the person who served it. Then she through the bowl into the bag and last and not least she throws thw cup and slams the bag onto the counter. She might be tired or just having a bad night but thw customer should not pay the price for the employees. I really didnt appreciate the service we got from the young lady. You guys are rated high but with employees like that ruins your restaurant.
Entrees were good but the chips were SO stale. When we asked for a different bag they gave us one that was just as stale. The manager didn’t seem to think it was a problem. The cleanliness behind the counter was questionable and I found cilantro in my ice.
