Great location, but the service fell way below expectations. Portion sizes are completely inconsistent—my wife’s bowl was half the size of the exact same order served right next to us. We came in friendly and courteous, but were met with complete indifference from the team. It felt like clear favoritism rather than fair service. I like this because they have vegan food, but Chipotle's food is also very good whatever you get. What's particularly nice about this location is they have massive parking and outdoor seating, which is unusual for a spot like this.
Food is fine and location is sparkly clean. However, I had a concerning incident here today as a longtime happy Chipotle customer. I asked for the honey chicken for my bowl to be put on the side. A simple request. Something I have asked for 100 times with no issue. Today they told me that "we have to charge you for veggie plus large chicken portion on the side" which is ridiculous.
