I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to leave the worst review I’ve ever given in my entire career. I go out of my way on other Mexican restaurant places reviews and leave five star reviews and mention how much better they are than Chipotle, and the one in Beverly might be the worst in the whole country. A corporate mass producing dumpster fire. Qdoba>Chippy any day. Thank you
Terrible service and staff. The worst I've seen. The employees are all extremely rude. I never have issues with staff at fast food restaurants or otherwise, but I felt compelled to leave a review because the staff were so terrible. The place is a dumpster fire as well. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was opened. I was charged double for everything I ordered, and unfortunately didn't notice until I left the restaurant.
This location is one of the worst-run Chipotles I’ve been to. Nearly every visit, they’re out of a major ingredient like steak, cheese, or another item. It’s a clear sign of poor management. The employees are generally friendly and do what they can, so I don’t blame them. If management can’t keep basic ingredients in stock at a restaurant with such a simple menu, they’re failing at one of the most fundamental parts of the job.
