I need to stop going here. It’s never a satisfactory experience. Lost orders, made wrong, poor food, rude staff. I can’t say I’ve ever had great food or even lives up to the hype. Other Chipotles have been much better. Previous: Either stop online ordering or have a dedicated person for it. An entire line of 15 people have to wait for The Slowest Guy to make a mobile order. If only Qdoba were closer. Or La Victoria was open Sundays.
Interesting experience. It was late, nearly 9 pm. Approached the line. Got a bowl. There are two types of chicken. One was out. Had to settle for the other. Person at the end just wasn't listening, glancing to her colleague and when asked for a small sour cream, she took a huge scoop and heaped it on top. Didn't really apologize, just stood there. Got a comically small burrito that was half the size of any burrito I have ever gotten anywhere in the world. They just had the thought, or lack there of, to just epically phone it in on some b***s*** to pour as much vitriol into a flavor rectangle as humanly possible. Thanks for nothing.
