They are slow and understaffed. They ignore in store customers for online orders. Often they are out of food and drinks. Where is a real manager and staff?
The food was good until I got down to a chip that someone stepped on before they cooked it. Gross lost my appetite.
Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced. The workers were screaming their conversation across the restaurant at each other, a line formed while they were talking and the customers were completely ignored until they decided they were done, the worker that checked me out shoved the bag across the counter towards me without saying anything and moved on to the next person. That was atrocious. Food was pretty good though.
Our typical stop for traveling and appreciate the staff and food! We now have a kiddo though and had to improvise for diaper changing (no station in the bathroom).
