The food is really good here and the employees are always so nice. They have vegetarian options and are careful with food restrictions etc!
Tables were dirty, and Gavin (employee at register) was EXTREMELY RUDE! He has no patience, dismissive and was super rude! This is the first time I’ve experienced that type of behavior from an employee at that location. He needs to be retrained and to learn how to be patient. I spent $75 on more than 5 meals and he could not handle it!
If I could rate this no stars I would there was a LIVE ROACH IN MY CHIPOTLE BOWL! It won’t let me upload the photo but don’t get a bowl from here or at least the lettuce
The food here, of course, was 100/10!! I came in with my granddaughter and her two friends and we ordered bowls, my granddaughter was ordering her food and the girl working said “what else” and my granddaughter kindly asked her to add some more cheese, the girl proceeded to repeat herself and said “what else” in a very condescending tone. To follow up, there were no small lids left and when my granddaughter asked for some more the same girl made her restock the lids herself.
