Something about this location is hot and miss, and mostly miss lately. I can tell they've had some turnover and since then the meats are just not tasty and in fact dry (carnitas). I also tend to always get an upset stomach lately with the chicken so I stopped ordering chicken and stopped adding guacamole. Since I have, it's been more edible. Ordered pickup from this location and I got the completely wrong order. I ordered a burrito bowl and they didn’t even give me the right one. I ordered 3 tacos and didn’t receive a single one. Their only redeeming quality is their app assistant pepper who can give me a refund.
It was awkward just standing there while manager was talking with employee.. waited about 1 to 2 milinutes just standing there watching this back and forth conversation... As if employee didn't want to wait on us. Not very attentive. Got a bowl and she almost forgot to put the meat in. Sloppy and casual as if too new to be helpful or make u wonder why you chose this place to come too. Cashier was well trained. One of the most awkward chipoltes I've ever been to. Won't come back to this store.
