I’ve been to here many times, and they’re consistently great. The food is always fresh and exactly what you expect from Chipotle. The seating area is clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is smooth every time. To be honest, not all Chipotle locations are this good—some unfortunately have poor reviews—but this location really stands out. In my experience, they’re doing everything right. Great food, clean space, friendly service, and a nice location by Quarry Lake. Well deserved 5 stars. Thank you guys!
On April 15, 2026 around 9:45 PM at this location (Store #3598), I experienced a serious food safety concern involving a manager. During my order, food that had already been placed in my bowl was removed and placed back into the serving line. Everything in the showcase looked really untidy and TBH dirty and unkept. Waited in line with only one person ahead of me, and this really young kid comes up to the register and gets waited on first with not even any eye contact from the young lady behind the counter towards me. I would never frequent this location again based on what happened and will stick to Qudoba instead. No wonder Chipotle has so many issues closing stores with mediocre staff like this serving in their stores.
Came here late Saturday evening not long before closing to get a couple of burrito bowls. When they said they were out of guacamole, I was nearly crushed but got over it quickly since it was not long before closing time. They had everything else I wanted and prepared my bowl and my friends bowl very quickly. We paid and we were on our way home. A reasonable price for a good and filling meal.
