The workers (two females- one Caucasian and black and a male) ignored me and continued chatting and laughing while I waited. Minutes later, I asked if someone can please, attend to me. The black male with an outburst tone standing in front of the payment stand, said…f word you got wait 2 minutes. And they all started laughing at me….and cheering him up. I regretted coming to this address of the Chipotle.
How I pay $50 and you only give me 3 piece of steak on 1 bowl? Fire whoever is working the line today! Disgusting. Chipotle is going down hill.
The girl with colored eyes that works at the register has a nasty attitude! Very poor customer service skills! she’s so busy being rude and nasty. She didn’t even give me my guac for my chips.I dont understand why people like her go into customer service jobs and can’t handle even smiling or being polite to a customer.
