Wow
I’m usually pretty understanding but the service was absolutely terrible and it made me feel like ordering even the simplest of bowls was an incredible inconvenience.
Be careful when ordering When they have specials if you dont enter the code there is no way to go back and fix the issue. The people at the restaurant said my reward will be in the app which was incorrect. When you try to complain the get this ai bot that isnt helpful and when you finally get a person they wont help you either, but chipotle acknowledges the ordering issue. I wont be going back here.
