The service is great and the food is fresh.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle location on 7/2/26 around 9:20pm. The employee (the hispanic female) preparing my bowl was incredibly rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Before she had even finished scooping the rice, she demanded that I tell her every single ingredient I wanted in my bowl immediately. Every time I tried to answer, I felt like I was being rushed. Her attitude made it seem like she wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible instead of providing even basic customer service.
Schlechtester Chipotle bei dem ich jemals war! Ich habe eine Veggie Bowl mit wenig Reis bestellt, bekam allerdings mehr als die halbe Bowl voll Reis der dieses Mal auch komisch schmeckte. Mein Mais war komplett gefroren. Von den anderen Zutaten war wenig zu finden. Sehr enttäuschend. Konnte die Bowl nicht essen. Beschwerde wurde bereits beim Customer Service abgegeben.

Woman at the front (Dominican) ignored me twice when I was trying to ask a simple question, others who work in the store looking as well didn’t think to step in or attend me. In my opinion looks bad for the employees. Rude customers as well slamming doors and giving attitude. Atmosphere was not friendly.
