My mom’s friend and I stopped by Chipotle, and we had an amazing experience. One of the employees spoke to us in our native language, which made ordering so much easier and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s small acts of kindness like this that make a big difference. The food was great, but the outstanding customer service is what made this visit so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The evening staff is great, the morning staff is horrible. Which makes sense, maybe the evening staff have better morning jobs. Anyhow, I know it's probably hard to find someone to take a chipotle job as their primary job, the cashier was great good enough, but the workers making the food should at least understand how to follow directions or it's a bad customer experience and more and more folks will just not give chipotle the $10/day cashflow they could be getting, it's not hard to choose subway, great location in proximit... read more
