Terrible customer service. The employees are rushing me to make decisions about the bowl I am paying for. Today, I used a coupon for a free guacamole and my friend got a veggie burrito. Both of our guacamole servings were brown and had whole chunks of avocado that were rock hard.
I ordered from chipotle in Western market in Foggy Bottom, Washington DC Around 12 pm. I ordered in person. They did not provide a receipt and they just told me to keep moving in the line after I paid. Once I checked my phone, I saw that I was charged for almost $24. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle today. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was poor. Several employees were busy talking with one another instead of acknowledging customers, and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. The employee preparing my bowl refused to add toppings one at a time and instead asked me to list everything at once.
