I love Chipotle! Long-time customer and shareholder. BUT I’d recommend avoiding this location. Between the consistently rude staff and frequent long wait times, I’d avoid this place like The Plague. specifically one of the Managers at this location, Lauren, is a particularly unpleasant person. good food but not worth the hassle.
The manager Lauren is extremely loud, rude, and disrespectful. She has no understanding of what it means to be a manager nor about what an order of double chicken looks like. Myself and other customers could literally hear her audibly commenting on the portion sizes of our orders while cackling like a hyena. She’s awful and because of her myself nor my extended family, friends, co-workers and associates will ever set foot in this establishment again.
I don't get it if you're closed put a freaking sign up! Went to Pot belly's instead
