Always out of ingredients. Workers are rude and very slow.
Great establishment
I see that this location has lots of poor reviews but I didn’t have that experience at all. We pulled up 30 minutes before they closed so they were low on a lot of things. The young man behind the counter immediately notified us of this. We placed our orders and he packed our bowls. The food was flavorful and filled me up. You could tell they had all had long days but they were still cordial. I’d come back.
I’ve been coming here since 2021 and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good interaction with the staff, except for one time when I came in early enough to order from a manager. I live close by and it’s one of the only “fast food” options in the neighborhood, plus the food is pretty consistently good when they don’t get the order wrong. I wouldn’t eat here otherwise
I hope they can get more staff to keep up with the amount of orders and cleanliness. I had chicken pieces in my steak bowl lol
