Food was very very good , but the service was not the best , the guy in the pic is not the one who gave me a hard time
Edit: I did what the business reply told me to do and contacted customer support. They said they couldn't do anything because I didn't purchase anything the night this store prematurely ended the BOGO promo. So, terrible experience that night and now terrible experience with the customer support team as well. School spirit day free 2nd entree was a total wreck. Went here for the BOGO event. Got here at 6:40 and waited in line until 8pm. when I got to the front the lady announces that the BOGO offer is now cancelled and they won’t honor it. She said her manager stated it ends at 8pm but online it’s advertised until “close” and they closed at 10pm lol. To make it worse the manager wouldn’t even come out for an explanation — they just hid in the back and told the workers to say this. Awful service and false advertising at its worse.
