Sloppy, 50/50 if they get your digital order right. Very disappointing
Pick up orders are always wrong. Always forgetting stuff. Today i ordered 3 tacos they give them to me in a kids plate with only enough filling for one taco. I take it back up there and guy looks at me like im crazy and was like do you want me to fill the slots to the brim? I said no i want enough stuff for 3 tacos i ordered and paid for. Going to quit coming here. There is NO quality customer service. I called the 800 number to complain about it and the location and wow they comp me a free drink on my next visit. Food is great but always out of a lot of stuff if you arrive after 830pm.
Not sure what happened to this location. In the last month or two, they are running out or main items during lunch. How do you run out of rice or peppers and onions during lunch and not have any going to replace it. This location has gone down hill. I have walked out the last two time I have been here.
