I visited the Navy Yard Chipotle location around 7:15 p.m. on September 11, 2026 and witnessed an interaction between what appeared to be a manager or shift lead and two employees that was extremely disturbing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thierry was AMAZING! He made me a Chipotle chicken bowl and it was seriously perfect. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and put together so well — you can tell he actually cares about the quality of what he’s serving. He was also super friendly and provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best bowls I’ve had! Give Thierry his recognition because he deserves it!! 🙌🏽🔥
