Food was wonderful. Restaurant clean. Service rated low as I had question regarding app I had downloaded. Young lady was curt and dismissing. Disappointing as it was my first time using. I didn't understand how to use it.There was no one in line. It would have been courteous for her to at least listen. Love the food. ♥️I'm not likely to use app. It was discouraging 😞
I ordered online which was really easy through the app. It took 10 minutes AND they had a drive thru lane that is ONLY for mobile orders! Order was accurate and employee was very friendly. Loved the pollo asado taco!
I ordered 3 steak bowls and was pretty disappointed with the quality this visit. While they were preparing the orders, I noticed that most of the steak on the grill looked under cooked. A lot of it was still very pink/red inside. I went ahead and got it anyway, assuming it was normal for Chipotle. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
