Staff is rude and looked at me like I was mentally challenged when I walked in their store an hour before closing stating they had no more beans, no more brown rice and no more chicken. After I gave them an attitude back they said it would actually be ten minutes before everything would be ready and I said I’ll gladly wait. Revised, it's gotten better.
Update its Friday March 21st 2025 as i write this. The staff is severely incompetent. They almost always get My order wrong. Even if I come in person the service is terrible. Really bad team from the top down. Luckily the food is good but the staff is abysmal so don't expect good customer service
This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portion control here is absolutely ridiculous. They scoop a serving, then pour half of it back and barely put anything in the bowl. It’s as if they’re terrified to give you a decent amount, like the food will just vanish and they’ll have to work harder to get more sour cream, chicken, or rice. It’s honestly absurd.
