Shoved a disc out two days ago.. probably L3-L4, by cinching my belt a little tighter than normal. Miserable. Can sit and lie down but walking has been almost impossible without strong painkillers (I have been doing this since I was just 14 years of age with a spinal fusion in 1995), so heading down to Beckley to see Melissa McMillen, D.C. because that lady is amazing and I KNOW I will walk out of there pain-free <3
I was in a bad car wreck & they got me back to health.
Dr. McMillen has made my back feel incredible! She is excellent at what she does. Highly recommend this place!
The best staff there is. Very professional and make you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you enter. Could not ask for better medical care!
