I have used Chip Kidd for two transactions so far. He was great about going to look at properties with me, was able to give me some useful insight about my local market (Kyle), and helped me evaluate what the right neighborhood would be for me based on my goals. I have referred friends to him because I honestly believe they're going to get top notch service- and I believe you will get the same treatment. I will be using him again when the time comes.

I can’t say enough good things about Chip. He was my agent in the purchase of my first home last month. He showed me the house I wound up buying on the first day out. Great down to earth realtor, highly recommended.
