I have had the pleasure of meeting Chip Culpepper and his staff on many occasions. They take the time to listen to you and explain how they will proceed. Chip advises you up front on what is required to fix your vehicle/truck- and the cost! You always know where you stand with this shop. It's a breath of fresh air especially in this economy. Keep up the good job-
I've been taking my cars here for both routine maintenance and repairs since 2004 and I have always had good experiences. Chip and his staff do fine work at reasonable rates. They are honest and do what is required to put the problem right, no more and no less. If you live anywhere around Orlando I would strongly suggest giving this shop a try; it would be worth it even if you come from some distance away.
Made me feel very comfortable doing business with him. Owner operated! Prices seemed very reasonable. Shopping around showed that most other companies were going to cost more and were much less personable.
