Allowed an agent Susie Genet to show my property and she thought it was best to leave numerous lights on, cabinets open, and closets ajar, not provide feedback, not leave a business card. Extremely unprofessional.
-Top notch experience. My C&C realtor/broker, Leland Chinowth, was sharp & knowledgeable about the area, my search, the individual homes we visited, & somehow managed to negotiate acceptance of my initial offer to a seller, which saved me a ton of the $ I was actually prepared to spend for it. -Inspections, repairs, and closing were a breeze b/c C&C realtor was always on top of it. -C&C offices are kind of upscale (and I'm not), so that part was nice. -There was a distinctly elevated level of professional culture/atmosphere... read more
