I understand there have been problems in the past, but I have lived here for a little over a year and I have never had any problems accept when the maintenance man passed away. The new manager is kind and does his best to resolve any issues. The new maintenance man is so nice and is working hard to catch up on the repairs. My sister lives here. Clean and quiet. Seem to have trouble keeping a manager and repair people.
I have lived here for 6 months it is a nice place there is different managers. It is a very beautiful place for the elderly and disabled.
I need more information to tell you bc very much more about my experience.
I have been trying to reach the office for 6 months to get information and an application. No one has ever answered the phone. I have made three trips to the complex and no one is in the office during business hours. The messages I leave at the door are never returned. A resident said they haven’t had maintenance for over a month and the manager sits in as apartment all day.
