I need more information to tell you bc very much more about my experience.
I have been trying to reach the office for 6 months to get information and an application. No one has ever answered the phone. I have made three trips to the complex and no one is in the office during business hours. The messages I leave at the door are never returned. A resident said they haven’t had maintenance for over a month and the manager sits in as apartment all day.
There is no management here. You get 'thehand' from Lisa. What a witch. I can't get anything fixed and I pay full rent. No irrigation. Smoking here is a problem. Residents or guests do it wherever they want. No maintenance what do ever. Lots of rules and many people are afraid. Police are here looking for relatives of those who live here. Costs way to much for NOTHING
