We discovered a leak into our daughter’s bedroom. Roof has been leaking since first day it was installed. Got 3 professional roofer's opinions and they ALL said: It is faulty roof installation. Water damage repairs estimate is between $15K to $20K. Made several calls to R & C Roofing which is now Chinook Roofing to come and look or fix and they never returned any calls. So if you want nightmares, hire these people.
