Family First in Kennewick is top notch and I've always recommended them to family and friends new to the area. Front staff is always friendly and makes a great first impression. From check-in on assistants, hygienists, and the dentists are great and make the visit as easy as possible. Great office and great business!!
I was happy with the consultation and review of costs. I was not so happy with the amount of time I had to spend filling out forms that may or may not be used and waiting to be seen. I have a very busy schedule and felt that I was spending a lot of time needlessly.

Laurie does a great job I am always happy with the service I gei. I never have to wait more than a few minuets. And yet I never feel like my appointment is being rushed.
As usual, Pat did a thorough job with the least amount of discomfort. We always have a lot to catch up on and he is able to accomplish his work while keeping me distracted!

Best Dental facility in Tri-Cities Everyone at this office is very friendly & helpful. I really like my hygienist, my dentist, & the entire staff. I so enjoy all the great smiles & willingness to answer questions. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience!
