Every time I come in to get work done in my teeth they are very welcoming and nice. Dr.Pratt knows finance is a big issue for me. He makes sure I go over the plan with one of the staff before doing any costly type work without knowing about it. Everything he does I know up front and how much it's going to cost me which is really nice I love that they do that. So many places never have for me so it's a big comfort that they take the time to do that! Thank you family first dental for taking time with me and all my needs! :)
