I've been seeing her for so long, I feel she's a friend. In office wait times prior to Covid were lengthy. Once virtual visits started, that changed. I've seen her for so long, I'll be nervous about seeing someone else when she retires.
Quack of a so called doctor! Told me my symptoms had nothing to do with antidepressant when all of them and more are listed on the medication pamphlet. Tapered me off over 2 weeks and sent me into severe withdrawals which I knew nothing about. She sent me to the ER and told me to check-in for out patient treatment. It was the ER doctor who told me I was going through withdrawas and refused to check me in for OP treatment. Dr Chinnaswamy has always been available when needed. Sometimes she runs a little late but who knows what the current patient's needs are.
Wait time when you have an appt can be 1-1 1/2 hrs. with a waiting room full of people. She rushes people through their appt (5-10 minutes) like cattle. She isn't knowledgeable on any of the drugs she prescribes. NONE! Waste of time and money!

This doctor was my doctor for years and years. When I needed her the most she told me she was downsizing her practice and left me hanging in a terrible reality while not calling in my meds properly.
This Dr is terrible. I would not take my dog to her. Uncaring and incompetent.
Over the phone they said they took my insurance and I got there they did not. Then I was talked to by Dr. all of 5 minutes for $150.00. left there feeling much worse nothing accomplished. Did not ask questions . Did not even take my weight ,height. I am sorry but would not recommend this Dr. Waste of my time and money!!
I don’t feel that she is actually listening to what I am saying. I seem to have no voice in my treatment. Then there’s the face that she double and triples schedules patients. I never get in on time.
