I came in for something minor but was given a tetanus shot instead. They also recommended I do an EKG while I was there. The assistant made me take off my clothes in a room while she was in there. No cover up, then she had forgotten something and had to leave the room to get it. She left the door open while I was undressed. I've never felt so violated. The other technician also announced my test results in front of everyone who had ears to hear. It was highly unprofessional and probably illegal.
Basically this comment. “Awful, slow, no empathy, careless, disgraceful.” Most of the higher-ups act like they don’t even want to be there—just doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. Management clearly doesn’t care either; everything is either “above their pay grade” or “not worth the effort.” Even if they were paid more, it wouldn’t make a difference—there’s no motivation, no empathy, and no pride in what they do.
