Every single thing that we ordered was phenomenal! From the dim sum options to the 20 veggie fried rice, tacos, and the tuna ceviche, you cant go wrong. This was a great discovery!
One of the best restaurants in Vegas. The wontons, guacamole and salsa are unforgettable.
Good pork taco, really tender lengua - order the guacamole...it reminds me of my mom's...so GOOD! Waitstaff was excellent - attentive, courteous and very nice. I'll try the Chinese side next time lol
We love José Andrés so we had to visit China Poblano on our trip to Vegas! Awesome hybrid/fusion restaurant. Lots of vegetarian options. Setas tacos were out of this world! Also loved the interesting take on mango coconut rice for dessert.
Thank you for making my birthday extra special. The best food I ever ate! The Chef's tasting menu was awesome!!!
